Before today’s Psalm, I have an announcement to make! I wrote a book of poems about Jesus and self-published it on Amazon! It spans from Creation to Christ’s return.
Now on to this week’s psalm!
Psalm 115
Hallowed be the Name
Of the Word made flesh
For Your steadfast love
And Your Faithfulness!
Why should the nations mock
Where is their God?
Sovereign Lord You live in Heaven
But all the idols are frauds
With blind eyes, deaf ears
Mouths that can’t speak
Hands that can’t feel
And lame feet.
Word made flesh,
Please by Your grace give
Stone worshippers with stone hearts
Hearts of flesh so they can live.
O Lord of Heaven,
To You we gladly yield.
We trust in You our only help.
Jesus, Your blood is our shield.
You dwell in Heaven
But have given the earth
To the gentle and meek,
And will fill them with mirth.
For You came once long ago
And on the new Earth You’ll dwell
You will bless us with Your Presence
Forever Jesus our Emmanuel.
The dead don’t overflow
With rivers of praise,
But You will raise us like Your Son
And evermore we’ll sing to You always.

Beautiful poem! And congratulations!
Congrats on you book <3
